Senior Manager, Engineering

As a Senior Manager, Engineering you will lead a full stack team of engineers to bring amazing new capabilities to music creators, reporting directly to the Director of Sounds Engineering. You will be a key leader for a new product development initiative focused on bringing Splice’s technology to digital audio workstation (DAW) software. Your team will operate at the intersection of native C++ plugins, Web-based user interfaces and machine learning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an exceptional mix of people, project, and technical management skills, driving a culture of empowered teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and initiative across the organization.
