Senior Analytics Specialist LatAm

About the Role:

• Design and build dashboards directly inside Omni, creating visually polished analytics experiences.
• Transform early-stage or empty Omni environments into business-ready solutions with clear metrics.

Required Skills:

• Strong Omni experience with hands-on dashboard development.
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Excellent UI/UX sense for clean, intuitive, and enterprise-ready dashboards.

Business & Communication:

• Work independently with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Operate as an embedded resource within the customer's team.
• Document logic and provide user guidance.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-8+ years in analytics or BI, with a passion for lasting impact.
• Nearshore LATAM preferred, with strong English communication.
• Able to deliver from concept to production, taking ownership.
