Job Description
Job Overview:
- Assist Product Manager for Payments in day-to-day delivery and coordination.
- Responsible for taking ownership of small projects and drive them to completion.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance and external payment partners.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and help resolve product bugs related to payments.
- Design, test and productionize new customer support flows for payments.
- Prepare simple reports, dashboards and summaries for the Product Manager and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, support or product-adjacent role.
- Strong analytical mindset and very comfortable with numbers, Google Sheets/Excel.
- Clear, structured communicator and strong organizer.
