UK Technical Support Lead

Serco has a wonderful opportunity for a UK Technical Support Team Lead supporting projects for the US Navy. The role will support Team Submarine In-service Program Office, impacting military defense and safety of sailors. Team Submarine’s Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support, vendor support, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs. In this role, you will lead and support the development of Project CORAL software. Coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for deployed software systems. Develop and manage a centralized repository for all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and resources. Collaborate with Project Blue and key stakeholders to drive the successful development and delivery of software solutions. Analyze and recommend improvements to software development processes and integration workflows for better efficiency and alignment with mission goals.
