Brand Studio is the creative engine behind Customer.io, and we're building systems and AI-powered workflows for the whole company.
You'll own brand design execution for launches, campaigns, website, and events.

What you'll do:

Design website pages, templates, and components in close collaboration with our Senior Web Engineer.
Build and maintain brand templates, libraries, and prompt libraries that turn guidelines into on-brand output.
Own our AI creative stack and enable teams through workshops and playbooks.

What we're looking for:

7+ years of hands-on brand or visual design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Expert proficiency in Figma and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep hands-on experience with AI image and design tools in your production workflow.

Compensation & benefits:

Salary range $128k-$160k USD, plus inclusive benefits.
