Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Manager to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems.
• Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA for enterprise-level features.
• Map complex user workflows and system interactions to create clear, scalable solutions within our CRM product.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products.
• You are an expert systems thinker who can deconstruct complex problems and design scalable solutions.
• You have expert design instincts and best practice knowledge to translate user problems into excellent product experiences.
