Release Engineering Strategy:
- Design and build the release process for software products across development, staging, and production environments.
- Establish versioning conventions, release gates, approval paths, and deployment promotion practices.
Automation and Quality Gates:
- Develop and improve CI/CD workflows that make releases repeatable, observable, and low-risk.
- Partner with software and AI engineers to embed automated testing into pipelines and drive adoption of practical quality gates.
Coordination and Safety:
- Maintain clear visibility into deployed versions, changes, and validations.
- Build and validate release and rollback procedures so teams can deploy confidently and recover quickly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's plus 6 years.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release engineering practices, and automated testing.
