Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations and comprehensive follow-ups for menopause assessments and related concerns.
- Craft personalized treatment plans and prescribe/manage hormone replacement therapy and other treatments.
- Empower patients through education on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body and proficiency in virtual care delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, familiarity with EMR systems, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Interest or training in menopause management and experience in women's health or primary care is an asset.
