Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, offering strategic guidance and best practices to strengthen security programs. Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes by collaborating with technical and operational teams. Identify risks to client success and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs. Conduct customer business reviews and present insights that demonstrate ROI and program maturity. Deeply understand each clientβs security workflows, objectives, and operational maturity. Support renewals and expansions by fostering long-term satisfaction and strategic engagement.
