What you’ll be doing:
- Develop clear, engaging educational content about HSAs, FSAs, investing, and healthcare benefits.
- Design guided learning experiences and apply behavioral science to motivate action.
- Create contextual nudges and lifecycle communications across mobile, web, email, and more.
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or digital education.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience in behavior change.
- Ability to translate complex financial and healthcare topics into clear, actionable content.
