Accountabilities:
- Design clear, concise, accessible, and human-centered content for web and mobile marketplace experiences.
- Create product descriptions, educational materials, value propositions, and decision-support content.
- Shape content across the complete customer journey, including discovery, search, comparison, onboarding, checkout, and post-purchase.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy for customer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable impact.
- Experience with e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or healthcare/fintech.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $100,000–$129,500.
