Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new features and technical improvements, provide architectural guidance, and set engineering standards.
• Help plan and decompose work, review code, support debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Partner with product management to clarify requirements, manage technical debt, and ensure efficient sprint cycles.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with React and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience leading technical decision-making and guiding architecture in modern web applications.
• Strong understanding of API design, frontend–backend integration patterns, and performance considerations.
