Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting

What you’ll do:

• Lead Thunderbird's finance function, with overall responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and finance operations.
• Oversee monthly and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Manage and develop the finance team, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and growth paths.

What you bring:

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant accounting or controllership background.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, subscription revenue models, and international tax and VAT/GST.
• Proven people management, financial systems improvement, and cross-functional advisory skills.
