What You Will Do:

Own end-to-end performance of Falcon for workloads.
Design and implement new optimizations in the middle end and back end.
Drive code generation quality on x86_64 and AArch64.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years developing optimizing or JIT compilers.
Strong C++ design and coding skills in large codebases.
Deep knowledge of compiler optimization theory and performance analysis.

Nice to Have:

Experience with LLVM optimization passes or code generation.
JIT compilers for managed languages like HotSpot C2, Graal, or V8.
Deep knowledge of x86_64 and/or AArch64 microarchitecture.
