Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Custom Development: Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Integration: Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Email Campaign Execution:

-Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder.

-Audience Segmentation: Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate targeting.

-Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Required Skill Set:

  • Strong programming skills (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
