What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop the Treasury team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across 30+ bank accounts.
- Own short- and long-term cash forecasting and provide strategic recommendations.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of treasury or finance experience with at least 1 year in Treasury.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, forecasting, and banking relationships.
- Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve processes and outcomes.
What we offer:
- Base pay range of $110,000-$150,000 per year plus 12% discretionary bonus.
