Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior across multiple product lines — Futures, Options, TradFi perpetuals, and Loan — covering the full lifecycle from onboarding to churn.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking trading volume, open interest, fee revenue, and loan portfolio health.
- Conduct product-specific deep-dives on futures trading patterns, options volume, and loan draw-down trends.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R, plus experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle analytics and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
