Food & Drink Journalist Intern

The Food & Drink Journalist intern will cover all beers, wines, spirits, and food-related content as it identifies with and relates to The Ambony’s vision concerning our targeted demographic. Responsibilities include presenting various foods, recipes, alcoholic drinks, and cocktail recipes in monthly columns, as well as writing occasional restaurant reviews. The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about beer, wine & spirit-related content as it relates to our target demographic. The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic. Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks, focusing on years, regions, and food pairings. For food, authenticity and quality are desired.
