Senior Bioinformatics Developer

Accountabilities:

• Build, maintain, and improve pipelines for genomic variant analysis using modern workflow orchestration tools.
• Develop scalable, reproducible bioinformatics workflows following best practices.
• Design robust tools for analyzing genomic datasets and support advanced computational biology applications.
• Optimize existing code and pipelines for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• Proven experience developing algorithms and genomic data processing pipelines.
• Strong Python skills, additional scripting languages (Perl) advantageous.
• Solid understanding of genomics, genetics, and molecular biology.
