Job Description
Contributing faculty members' primary responsibility will be to chair and/or serve as second members on doctoral dissertation committees as methodologists and/or content experts. Infrequently and based on student enrollment, and when applicable, Contributing Faculty may be invited to instruct content courses or to instruct research methodology courses, they are credentialed to teach. Participation in Mentor Training will be provided and required.
Contributing faculty members serve in a part-time capacity to educate Walden University Students by effectively and proficiently using online technology and resources so that knowledge, information, feedback, and critique are imparted to and shared with students in thoughtful, carefully formulated, well written, and timely communications.
