This includes creating and maintaining client accounts, submitting job applications, handling recruiter communications through managed inboxes, and organizing all application-related information with precision. You'll work closely with the consulting team and use digital tools to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. Key responsibilities include identifying relevant job opportunities, applying to job listings, setting up client profiles on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, creating and managing email accounts, and conducting reverse recruitment by contacting hiring managers. Tracking all job applications and communications is essential.
