Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to own the pricing and packaging strategy across SurveyMonkey’s self-service and product-led growth (PLG) channels. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in SaaS monetization and a passion for using pricing as a strategic growth lever. You’ll lead initiatives that shape how we deliver and capture value—across individual, team, and global plans. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to develop, test, and operationalize pricing strategies. You will define and execute pricing and packaging strategy for self-service and PLG channels. You will also design and run experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve conversion, ARPU, and retention. Drive customer and market research using tools like Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, and conjoint analysis to inform pricing decisions. Own international pricing optimization, including market-specific sensitivity analysis, currency localization, and infrastructure requirements.
