Responsibilities:
- Support recurring planning cycles and reporting requirements for labor costs and headcount across North America.
- Partner with Finance teams to provide accurate information and maintain reporting models and planning tools.
- Research variances and analyze operating results to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with over 2 years of progressive finance experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and ideal experience with financial systems like OBIEE, Hyperion, and SmartView.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to explain complex financial information and variances.
