In this role:
- You'll orchestrate response and remediation of incident response.
- You'll take ownership and lead response to critical incidents.
- You'll partner with team members across multiple regions to drive response and investigations globally.
Responsibilities include:
- Organization and facilitation of scenario-based exercises to test and improve incident management.
- Maintain existing playbooks and procedures.
- Contribute to Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
