Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a proactive media strategy aligned with company priorities, with a strong emphasis on oncology.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key reporters, editors, and producers to drive consistent media coverage.
  • Oversee external PR agency to ensure alignment with strategy and optimize team capacity.

Story and Content Development:

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify compelling stories from clinical data, innovation, and patient impact.
  • Draft and edit media pitches, statements, briefing materials, and press releases as needed.
  • Ensure all external communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with company messaging.

Stakeholder and Executive Support:

  • Identify and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as clinicians and advocates to support media stories.
  • Partner with senior leadership to prepare for media engagements and elevate executive voices in key outlets.
  • Develop and maintain a library of media-ready assets including fact sheets and spokesperson materials.
