Research Specialist - Web3 Europe Incubation

We're hiring a Web3 Trenches Research Specialist—a digital explorer obsessed with finding diamonds in the rough: founders building in the shadows, contributors pushing ecosystems forward, and product-first teams quietly solving real problems. This role is ideal for someone immersed in crypto Twitter, niche Telegram groups, GitHub orgs, and the corners of the internet where real builders gather.You’ll help us build a sustainable pipeline of high-integrity Web3 teams for potential onboarding to Seedify. Key Responsibilities: Source and maintain a steady weekly pipeline of early-stage Web3 projects across networks mainly like Base, HyperLiquid, Solana, Avalanche and others Analyze each lead’s strengths, needs, and transition potential into tokenized ecosystems. Meet weekly KPIs related to lead volume, quality rating, and vertical diversity.
