We're seeking a Web3 Trenches Research Specialist, a digital explorer passionate about discovering emerging founders, contributors, and product-first teams. In this role, you'll build a pipeline of high-integrity Web3 teams for Seedify, collaborating with Reachout and Onboarding teams to source early-stage projects, evaluate their potential, and maintain a discovery tracker. You will monitor dev circles and analyze project strengths to contribute to partnership strategies.

We are seeking a driven Research Specialist to scout and qualify Web2 startups for Seedify’s ecosystem. This role involves researching Web2 projects and founders, tracking user traction, and identifying subcultures across developer communities. You will work with the Reachout and Onboarding teams to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and meet KPIs related to lead volume and quality.

As a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you'll help fuel Seedify’s ecosystem growth by identifying high-potential Web3 projects, engaging with founders, and supporting them through the onboarding process. You’ll play a key role in initiating conversations, presenting Seedify’s value proposition, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into our platform.
