Job Description
As Data Engineering Manager you will lead the design, development, and governance of scalable data platforms utilizing Databricks, including Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, and collaboration schemes. Coordinate and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines using Python (including PySpark) and SQL, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability. Guide and supervise Data Engineers, promoting best development practices, robust architectures, and the adoption of new technologies. Collaborate with business areas, data science, and analytics to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions.
