Lead the design, development, and governance of scalable data platforms using Databricks, and coordinate and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines using Python (including PySpark) and SQL, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Data to join our team to work with our backend and ML/AI engineers on a greenfield project to create a next-generation data processing and enrichment framework for Cortex. Responsibilities include designing data system architectures and implementing scalable data pipelines, as well as building infrastructure and instituting best practices for CI/CD, MLOps, AIOps, and data observability and operationalization.

In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in the EU, Brazil and other countries in Latin America. You will develop and maintain conceptual data models, evaluate modeling methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical questions into metrics.
