Incident Response Consultant

Role Summary:

• You will act as a key coordination point between customers and DFIR consultants during cybersecurity incidents.
• You will manage communication and ensure response activities progress effectively from initial engagement to resolution.

What You Will Do:

• You will coordinate incident response activities from scoping through remediation and closure.
• You will track actions, decisions, and dependencies throughout the incident lifecycle.
• You will translate technical updates into clear, customer-friendly language.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or security operations.
• You have strong understanding of enterprise technologies and security fundamentals.
• You have native Japanese and professional English proficiency.
