Job Description
Serve Robotics is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of complex technical projects. This includes operations/expansion, teleop, and remote operations efforts. The TPM will help coordinate efforts across product, programs, operations, hardware, and software teams to ensure smooth deployment of features, upgrades, and vendors. The manager will deeply understand software and robotic technical systems and processes to identify potential roadblocks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. This role also involves leading and coordinating efforts across engineering teams, product managers, operations teams, policy, and business stakeholders.
