Remote Therapist — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW

Role Structure:

• This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position offering the flexibility and tax advantages of self-employment without private practice overhead.
• The role is fully remote, allowing work from anywhere in Washington, and includes guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows.

Clinical Work:

• You will provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide.
• Case consultations and clinical team discussions are integrated into the role to support professional development and case management.

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington is strictly required; other license types are not eligible.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families, with comfort using telehealth and EHR systems.
• Preferred qualifications include training in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities, school-based clinical experience, an active NPI and CAQH, and bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
