Data Scientist

The Data Scientist role at MagicSchool will be responsible for growth analytics and insights, experiment design and testing, metrics and measurement, and cross-functional partnership. Responsibilities include analyzing user funnels, building cohort analyses, creating predictive models for user activation, conversion, and churn, and designing dashboards to track growth metrics and experiments. The role involves partnering with product and marketing teams to design A/B tests, analyze experiment results, and develop growth product roadmaps. The role also involves defining and instrumenting key growth metrics, building regression-based product attribution models, developing health scores and user quality metrics, and creating early warning systems for user churn. Further the role requires support marketing with campaign analysis and audience selection; enable sales teams with lead scoring and account intelligence; partner with product on feature impact analysis; communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
