Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow)

As a part-time TalkNow Provider, you will act as a primary form of emotional support for students and members. This role involves providing crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat. You will support members with a person-centered, strengths-based approach, collaborating with them to develop care plans and conduct risk assessments. You must appropriately document sessions and adhere to standards for clinical documentation quality, HIPAA, and telehealth regulations.
