Corporate Counsel

As Corporate Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Figma's corporate and securities legal strategy within the ever-changing tech industry. Your responsibilities include ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant corporate and securities laws and regulations, including potential SEC requirements. You'll lead the preparation of SEC filings, support the review of earnings-related materials, and build and maintain processes to scale the legal function. Partnering with stakeholders in accounting, finance, and communications, you'll manage outside counsel and lead special projects.
