Responsibilities:
- Design integration architectures and define clinical data mappings from EHR data.
- Work with a dynamic team to support data pipelines, database management, and tool creation.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of service-oriented architecture through analysis and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of data mapping and ETL experience with clinical EHR data.
- Experience with data modeling, virtualization tools, and agile methodologies.
- Preferred skills include Python, R, SQL, AWS, and cloud offerings.
