ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support teachers during livestreamed English lessons by moderating chats and answering student questions.
- Ensure lessons run smoothly through real-time assistance and clarification of educational content.
- Manage general queries and provide basic technical support to students during live sessions.
WHO WE'RE SEEKING:
- Hold an A*/A grade in English at A-Level with strong subject knowledge and clear communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication, especially in fast-paced live environments, with calm and responsible demeanor.
- Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and available for 3–5 days per week, including evenings.
