Job Description
We're looking for a Brand Design Lead to help shape the next chapter of Paddle’s brand. You’ll lead design across our biggest campaigns and launches, translating strategy into bold, crafted creative that elevates how Paddle shows up in the world. From digital experiences and motion to events and product storytelling, you’ll bring creative leadership and deep craft to the heart of a small, high-performing team. This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer who can move comfortably between concept, direction, and execution — setting the creative standard for others while staying hands-on with the work.
You’ll pair exceptional design judgement with motion expertise, helping define how our brand moves, feels, and connects across every touchpoint. The role involves leading creative development, translating strategy into visual storytelling, defining motion principles, mentoring designers, and collaborating across teams. Experimentation with new tools and technologies is also part of the role at Paddle.
