Lead AI/Agent Architect

About the Role:

• You will design and build an AI agent system that manages a complex, high-value transaction workflow for a large enterprise client.
• As the Lead AI/Agent Architect, you own the technical track, from agent orchestration to secure sandbox environment.
• You will work closely with AI/ML Engineers, a Lead Business Analyst, and the Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the orchestrator agent that holds the deal state machine and routes work to specialist agents per stage.
• Design the typed tool layer that binds to sample data and live systems, ensuring a smooth production transition.
• Define mandatory approval gates and review checkpoints to guarantee human control over binding actions.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture with hands-on LLM or multi-agent systems experience.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, tool calling, state management, and retrieval in production.
• Strong Python, API design, and systems thinking skills with a track record of shipping production-grade systems.
