Senior Electrical Systems Engineering Manager

Lime is seeking a creative, innovative, and knowledgeable engineering manager to join our dynamic Hardware Design team. In this role, you will manage a global team of engineers that specify, develop, qualify, and continuously improve our vehicle powertrain, control, management, and charging systems; this is an exciting opportunity for a globally-minded engineering manager to make an impact building vehicles for a world where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free. As a leader, you will provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to shape and influence future roadmaps, product architectures, technology investments, partnerships, and product plans. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members to identify electronics system features, functions, and requirements, and providing technical oversight and management of ODM and JDM supplier relationships and projects. You'll also create initial prototypes and concept models of electronics systems and stay abreast of new technologies relevant to our industry.
