Project Manager - Mid

Manage and coordinate the execution of field and task-level infrastructure projects with a focus on ITA Cyber Security alignment. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and task assignments to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Interface with stakeholders including end users, technical teams, vendors, and client services to ensure cross-functional coordination. Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Analyze technical, methodological, or tool-related project issues and propose effective solutions. Supervise personnel involved in project execution, providing clear direction and quality oversight. Manage vendor integrations and oversee tracking and evaluation of third-party deliverables. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), risk registers, quality assurance plans, communication plans, and progress reports. Maintain continuous customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance. Use judgment and analytical skills to resolve non-routine project issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
