New Distinguished Engineer, Reactor Systems

Responsibilities:

• Shape long-term technical vision, system architecture, and engineering strategy for Reactor Systems.
• Drive enterprise-wide technical consistency across design, integration, analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Lead resolution of complex cross-disciplinary technical issues and guide major design integration reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline; 20+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in nuclear reactor design, systems engineering, or similarly regulated environments.
• Recognized technical authority with contributions to advanced reactor technology or complex engineered systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Expert in defining technical vision and engineering strategy across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of advanced reactor technology, high-temperature systems, and safety-significant components.
• Ability to influence technical direction and evaluate enterprise-level tradeoffs involving safety, manufacturing, and licensing.
