Category Strategy & Value Creation:

  • Support execution of category strategies aligned to business growth and venue needs, including segmentation of food, beverage, and related supplier partnerships.
  • Identify and deliver value across cost savings, service improvements, and operational efficiencies while balancing enterprise leverage with venue-level flexibility.

Strategic Sourcing & Performance:

  • Lead sourcing initiatives such as RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations, developing cost analyses and ensuring alignment with governance and compliance controls.
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and pricing accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Venue Leadership, and Finance to understand requirements and translate them into structured sourcing solutions.
  • Support change management for preferred supplier adoption and collaborate with Legal and Finance for contractual compliance and risk mitigation.

Financial & Transformation Leadership:

  • Track and report on sourcing savings and category performance, leveraging procurement technology for data-driven decisions and workflow automation.
  • Support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives, championing best practices in category management and contributing to a high-performance culture.
