DataOps Manager

Lead and manage the DataOps team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high-quality work and successful project delivery. Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technologies to address business needs, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our data systems. Act as a focal point for technical questions from the DataOps team, resolving issues and providing guidance on technical challenges. Interact with customer teams to understand their data-related needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our data systems with other business functions. Contribute to the definition of data architectures, strategies across the organization and design patterns. Maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for platform components and infrastructure-as-code. Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability of the data platform. Guarantee data quality, lineage, and governance using tools such as dbt, and Data Catalogs and evolving proper business and technical processes. Design, implement, and maintain the scalable data platform infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, EMR, Redshift, Glue , etc.).Kafka, Airbyte, Metabase, Quicksight, Athena, Airflow.
