Sr Full Stack Engineer (AI-First)

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First), you'll build impactful products at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and modern software development. Work with agentic coding tools like Cursor, Codex, or Claude Swarm, and partner directly with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions that deliver real business value. You will leverage AI-assisted coding tools for development, including advanced prompting, debugging AI-generated code, and mitigating hallucinations. You will also design, build, and deploy new full-stack features or products from scratch while collaborating with product owners, designers, and business leaders to translate ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions. You will own features from concept through deployment—including architecture, testing, deployment, and support. You will build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS and architect APIs and backend systems using any modern backend framework such as Rails or Python microservices. You must be able to write efficient, scalable queries and optimize performance and contribute to deployment strategies with a working understanding of AWS and Kubernetes environments.
