Job Description
Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones. Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution. Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration. Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team.
