Director of Engineering, Mobile App (Core Experience)

As Director, you will be accountable for the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for our mobile platform, leading multiple squads and managers to deliver best-in-class apps for our customers. You will own the long-term technology strategy, roadmap delivery, talent development, and operational excellence. This role will partner with senior executives to shape the future of mobile at Hims & Hers. You will own the mobile engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with objectives. You will lead and scale high-performing squads and drive predictable, high-quality delivery of app features and platform improvements. You will champion architectural excellence, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring systems meet business-critical SLAs for reliability, performance, and security.
