Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Lead with expertise in reconciliation processes to lead the development and evolution of one of our most critical products. This role combines strategic vision, analytical skills, and deep technical understanding to ensure efficient, scalable, and business-aligned reconciliation solutions. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, defining strategy, and working closely with technology, sales, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions for our clients—ensuring high impact on commercial results.
Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the reconciliation product strategy. Build strong relationships with key clients. Align internal stakeholders on product vision, priorities, and roadmap. Participate in commercial conversations. Own the product backlog. Collaborate with the tech team. Oversee the technical execution of the reconciliation pipeline. Bring a user-centered approach. Leverage analytics tools. Implement client-specific pricing strategies.
