Looking for a Technical Operations Head to develop and implement robust monitoring systems to identify potential failures, manage incident responses, maintain documentation, provide problem-solving support, and oversee technical customer support agents. Responsibilities include roadmap planning and ensuring system reliability.

Engage deeply with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements and define product features, taking a fine-grained and technical approach to work closely with development teams to deliver products to merchants. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development and manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring their needs are met.

We’re looking for a Product Lead with expertise in reconciliation processes to lead the development and evolution of one of our most critical products. This role combines strategic vision, analytical skills, and deep technical understanding to ensure efficient, scalable, and business-aligned reconciliation solutions. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, defining strategy, and working closely with technology, sales, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions for our clients—ensuring high impact on commercial results.

As a Mid SRE at Deuna, you’ll ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AWS-based platform by integrating observability, automation, and SRE best practices across the software lifecycle. You will work closely with development teams to improve uptime, provide observability tooling, and ensure we scale efficiently and securely.
