Job Description
Squadformers is looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React Native to help us build and scale impactful mobile applications. You’ll be part of a high-trust Squad collaborating across product, design, and engineering to ship software that’s clean, performant, and user-centered.
You should be comfortable owning end-to-end technical decisions—from architecting app structure to optimizing backend integrations—while mentoring others along the way. The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions, participating in Agile development processes, and contributing to technical discussions to drive the evolution of development practices.
